Campaign development
WHAT IS IT?
Campaign development is the full advertising job: strategy, the creative idea, execution across channels, production supervision and an honest post-campaign report. This is what people usually mean when they say "advertising agency" — we just do it with fewer meetings and braver ideas.
Three formats, depending on the fire: a situative campaign — a lightning reaction to a cultural moment, ready in weeks; a standard campaign for tactical tasks in up to three channels; and an integrated / 360 campaign for national and international briefs, from strategy to post-campaign analysis.
THE BICKERSTAFF WAY
Every idea passes five filters before you ever see it: does it solve the business task; is it built on a true insight; is it a little scary to show; does it go against the category; and will it earn free media and multiply the investment? Comfortable ideas already exist — that's why they don't work.
You get 2–3 concepts of different bravery, described with execution, so choosing is a decision, not a guess. Then quality gates keep the craft honest from brief to launch.

FAQ
How fast can you move?
A situative campaign ships in about 2–3 weeks from brief to air. Standard and integrated campaigns typically take 1.5–2.5 months, with production and testing built into the plan.
Do you handle production?
We supervise it end to end — directors, contractors, quality control. Production costs are estimated separately after materials are approved, so the creative budget stays honest.
How do you measure success?
Against the KPIs in the brief: business (sales, conversions, ROMI), brand metrics, media and PR reach, engagement — and our own standard: the campaign should multiply your investment, which we calculate in the final report.
How many ideas will we see?
Two or three concepts of different bravery, each described with execution. Behind them are dozens that didn't survive our five filters — you only meet the ones worth your money.
