WHAT WAS THE TASK?

The Mobile Number Portability (MNP) service is already available from all operators in Ukraine. It allows users to switch operators without changing their phone number, including the prefix. This means no need to update subscriptions, change account information, or notify friends about a new number—because the number stays the same. Our task was to find a unique way to communicate this service for Vodafone.

WHAT WE'VE DONE?

We created a nostalgic video in collaboration with director Antonio Lukich, exploring the theme of change and constancy. But we didn’t stop there. We scaled the idea and the campaign’s dynamic slogan across various contexts—from the largest screen in the country to the smallest online banners. Every material emphasized a simple yet powerful message: while everything changes, your number remains the same.

RESULTS

The campaign reshaped the market, positioning Vodafone as the leader in new connections through MNP. Visits to the service page skyrocketed, applications flowed in through digital channels, and Vodafone achieved remarkable organic growth—all without additional media investments. This initiative proved that a creative approach can redefine leadership in a competitive industry.

This campaign demonstrated how a simple idea can shift the market leaders.
