FOR WHOM?
MA babyshop
WHAT WAS THE TASK?
In late 2020, Babyshop approached us with a challenge: to stand out in a market crowded with lookalike brands. We realized that the brand’s true strength lay in its thoughtful curation—each product was carefully selected to make life easier for moms. Babyshop wasn’t just a store; it was a trusted partner in motherhood.
To reflect this, we rebranded Babyshop, creating a new name and a functional identity designed to meet the real “workday” needs of moms.
AND WHAT WE'VE DONE?
At first, we focused on helping Babyshop carve out its niche in the competitive world of children’s products. But soon, we faced an even greater challenge: redefining the brand’s role amidst the disruptions of a full-scale war. Together, we found a way to adapt and thrive, staying true to Babyshop’s mission of supporting families, no matter the circumstances.
RESULTS
In just three years, Babyshop transformed into a trusted companion for moms. The brand achieved significant growth in audience and sales while maintaining exceptional customer loyalty, even during the challenges of a full-scale war.
Babyshop has grown from a simple store into a brand that moms trust and turn to, proving that even in the hardest times, thoughtful care makes all the difference.
